SUMMARY OF MACHINE

1. SP-RDC0920/1224/1628 Series Lead Edge Feeding System automatic Rotary Die cutter machine is only use for irregular shape die-cutting boxes only, this machine without printing, fast speed and easy to operate, machine with plc and frequency control, easy to adjusted and maintain.
2. To compare with Flated die-cutter, this machine is more cost save and more fast speed, the max. speed can up to 300sheets/min.
3. Can match with Vibrator and Counter Stacker, and automatic strapping machine, then after cardboard pass these machie can ready for dispatch.
4. Volume can be adjusted according to cardboard size, ,manually adjusted.

THE MAIN FEATURES:

The Die-cutting anvil Cylinder is made of seamless steel pipe (with outer diameter 303mm, and 320mm if including anvil cover), precision ground, chrome plated and balance adjustment, using a shaft locking system, the thermal refining of shaft core to make it become more anti-fatigue and toughness.
5. Italy Policart Anvil cover, and it’s easy to dismountable and changing.
6. Mechanical differential structure for transverse moving, with a range of 30mm, which enables anvil cover wear uniform, and prolongs its life time.
7. The gap of die-cutting anvil is motorized adjusted, digital display, and the adjustment range: 0-11mm.
8. The Die-cutting cylinder is made of seamless steel pipe (outer diameter 257mm, and 305mm if including anvil cover), precision ground, chrome plated and balance adjustment, adopts shaft locking system, the thermal refining of shaft core to make it become more anti-fatigue and toughness.
9. M10 screw holes are attached, and holes distance is international standard.
10. Wooden die height is H24mm.
